Healing Through Writing (The Bakker Method)

Discover the power of writing as a tool for emotional clarity, resilience, and personal growth through your TBI healing journey. Grounded in The Bakker Method—a unique approach inspired by personal healing experiences—this 60-minute, 8-module workshop guides participants through reflective writing exercises designed to foster healing and transformation. Healing Through Writing is a program designed to support individuals recovering from traumatic
brain injuries (TBIs) by combining the power of expressive writing (The Bakker Method) with their therapy journey.
