The Toronto Stroke Networks (TSN) advise and provide leadership to the stroke system of care in Toronto with the vision of Fewer Strokes, Better Outcomes.  Our mission is to provide inclusive, collaborative, and evidence-informed practices consistently across all stages of care . We work with healthcare organizations, to provide education, foster innovation, and support stroke patients and their families.
