The CLF HelpLine is a free, online resource and referral service that provides information, guidance, and personalized support to patients and caregivers living with the effects of concussion, Post-Concussion Syndrome, or suspected CTE. Connecting individuals with appropriate medical and mental health providers in their area, offering education on symptoms and treatment options, and access to peer support.

The CLF Peer Support Connection Program connects individuals living with the effects of concussion, PPCS, as well as their caregivers, with trained Peer Support Volunteers who have lived experience with similar challenges. Through one-on-one, confidential conversations, participants receive emotional support and a sense of connection from someone who understands their journey.

The CLF Zoom Peer Support Groups provide a safe, virtual space for individuals living with the effects of persistent post-concussion symptoms (PPCS), also known as Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS), or suspected Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), as well as their caregivers, to connect with others who share similar experiences. These group sessions offer opportunities to share experiences, exchange coping strategies, and receive mutual support in a supportive environment.
